It seems as if the heating mechanism in my Ion has ceased to work. It will fill a bag with air but there is no heat, thus no vapor. I'm sure this has been dealt with around here before so can anyone tell me what, if anything, there is for me to do to save my beloved Ion? I've had it for about...

Also, I got a free VaporIcer with my Ion but still don't REALLY know how it is supposed to be used. It is a cheap little plastic one and not some steel one I saw on their website. Someone who is familiar with them please explain. Thanks in advance.

I definitely wanna buy a whip in the near future for my vape. I tend to use more biomass when vaporizing but I definitely get more from said biomass than when smoking. I find anywhere from halfway full to topped off is ample enough to get just about anyone affected by the biomass.
