Looking for a part for an arizer solo 2. Had to disassemble due to clog and the only way to remove was to break the retaining clip for the element holder (sorry, no idea on the name of the part- kinda why im here actually)... anyways, arizer says I'm SOL and offered me a discounted item... so...
