It's as if you took a rimless basket screen and put a screen on top of it and pushed it toward the dome a little bit. That's not a very clear description, but the series of Amazon pics should help clarify it. They do capture a bit of leaf inside them, but I just replace rather than clean.

These ball screens fit pretty nicely in any stem (they're a bit tight but easy to squeeze a little thinner), and I find them much easier to deal with than rimless basket screens.

Are cats drawn to the light leakage and thus attacking the TM? If so I need to get a cat.
