The fact, that almost everyone here had to send theirs in, is enough for me to conclude, that the square hasn’t a stable consistency or long life time. I unterstand that it has a learning curve etc., but when it breaks down after a couple days, I couldn’t find allways the proper technique. But...

My IQ does a damn good job , but convention or in specific, this convention device is over the top. Besides the technical problems it has.

Mine is hold in customs at Frankfurt Airport (where I live, in Frankfurt^^) since a couple days. So close but so far away ;(

Mine hasn’t worked anymore after ca. 30 bowls with maybe 1/4 combustion. Mostly at 210/220 degree Celsius, but it was because of the too fast drawing in the beginning. Nontheless quite pity.

Mine broke down today. I used it a couple hours before. Now it doesn’t get on anymore. I had it just one week.. ;(. I haven’t the app , so I can’t upgrade the firmware, if this would solve the problem.

Can someone explain to me, how I can properly vape hash? I tried it with the concentrate pods , I chopped it in little pieces (like I also always do it for joints) , set the temperature at 230C but it wasn’t quite satisfying, also the hash got stuck at the screen above.
