I've just about had it with Haze Technologies. Great product in design, but terrible flaws and even worse customer service. I have had multiple issues with the square such as the herb not vaping properly and using up the battery just to clear one bowl, the mp being stuck in the holder, flaking...

I really enjoy the taste and vapor quality. There are some problems though. I have difficulty hitting the vape sometimes and don't get any vapor, and one of the silicone o-rings keeps coming out and getting stuck and jams the mouth piece in it's holder. Has anyone else had any of these issues?
