Question everyone!! I was charging my square and noticed that the light stayed on red for over an hour and a half. I haven't had issues charging this vaporizer and now unplugged from the charger the right light continues to glow and the vaporizer will not turn on any advice?

I ordered May 18th and I'm still waiting for the actual package to get delivered at the USPS facility so it can get scanned in apparently.
