Thanks for the info. Did PayPal ask you what the product was? I ask b/c Hexnail products are probably classified as drug paraphernalia, which violates PayPal's Buyer Protection Policy. Glad you got your dough back :)

Anyone had any luck with PayPal's Resolution Center? Has anyone been refunded by the company, and if not, how long are you waiting to escalate the claim to PayPal?
