Totally! The “hemp” being grown has been bred to CBD plants and is good stuff. I make sure it’s kentucky or Colorado grown and vertically integrated. That’s what a lot of the seizure medicines are made from. Haileys Hope, Charlottes Web etc..,

I think 5mg is a good starting place. I think 10mg is a more common dose. But some people need much larger doses for sure.

I’ve used some lotions, salves, and patches. The ones made from concentrates like distillate work really well. I’ve been experimenting with making my own lotion with some success.
