has anyone tried taking the ABV and putting it in an empty teabag and making ABV tea that way? The only possible option of using ABV for me is the tea method, since making brownies in a dorm kitchen will attract too much attention... "hey wutchoo makin' there?" *peers into pan of oil with herbs...
