In that situation hopper labs is supposed to add the new hopper to your account. Nothing to do with you. And they DO charge the fee to transfer the warranty to a new owner of a pre owned hopper. At least that was the case when I inquired a few months ago.

A warranty dose not mean jack $%^& when it takes 6+ months for a repair. @deadlytoaster I really wish I listened to everyone else who told me not to buy a grasshopper. And that's what I would recommend to you to do. Use your money on a vape you know is going to start up when you want to use it.

The vibration correlation to the temp level is what davinci did with there iq smart paths. And I can attest that system works really well when your on the go and don't want to be staring at your vape trying to get it set right.

I would definitely pay more for a hopper that reliable.

I will happily buy at least one more hopper if I can get one that last at least a month or two at a time,so I could cycle them.But my record is two weeks. I would just end up with two hoppers broken at the same time.

Plus one too! Awesome experience with them. As a grasshopper owner, I want to send them a box of cookies after dealing with davinci. How so? It was a breeze when I did it somewhat recently.
