A stainless steel tube (~6" long? ~1" ID?) filled with steel BBs, maybe with an induction heater it should have a pretty high surface area and stuff. does it seem worth trying over halogen? not sure what BBs or similar small steel spheres would be best

I think ingesting RSO alone is probably a huge waste, i ingested over 300mg worth once and it felt like maybe a 20mg edible. From what i've been reading, it seems like it has to be dissolved in oil for bioavailability, and lecithin could help too. It's very easy to mix RSO with butter. I failed...

Just added a whole bunch of ABV to milk and chocolate cereal. Wasn't bad, really. Barely noticeable Is just eating the herb with something less potent than making it into infused oil first? What's the point of making infused oil over just using the ABV? Could it be somehow harmful to eat ABV...

I have some rhodes american #0000 steel wool Is it just carbon steel? Would it be safe to inhale with a flame going through it?
