that's exactly what I do...look for the smoke in the elbow..puff, let it fill....etc. It does take a little playin with that's for sure.

vittujoo- I too am new to the ExtremeQ. The L Shaped piece on the whip. where you slide it into the cyclone bowl. that underside with a screen.. that is what you pack...don't worry, it won't fall out. But I just found the REAL trick to the whip!! It's all about THE PUFF!! Puff the whip...

new to the list. I just got my new Extreme Q on Wed. Got it on ebay for $199. Went right for the elbow pack and used alot of the advice from this thread about temps and warming up. It has been AWESOME!!! Anyone on the fence needs to JUST DO IT! bags and whip, but I like the whip at the moment...
