No pics ! But used a 3/16 screw from an eye glass repair kit . poked a jole threw post and base with boby pin !!!! And pushed screw in and seated with a twist.
Nope !! No word from them other than on back order . Fixed mine by inserting a small screw up threw base of post into broken thread post . Works great.
Remove the flush outter ring at base of pearl with a pick . the pearl post is a t form just pry that out . it has a square base going into a square cut out.
