I'm not noticing much of a difference or any difference at all with the resistence when I unscrew the tip on my omni. Do you guys notice a big difference? Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the thing is so simple to put together I think I'm on the right track.

I received an email 12 days ago saying they received my RMA and I haven't heard back since. Customer service leading up to that was on point. What's the normal turnaround time after they let you know they received your RMA?

I'm getting more and more concerned. I have a feeling DaVinci is too, since they have not made an official announcement on this yet or if they have I haven't seen it anywhere. Since this has potential health hazards seems like it should take priority over everything else.

Some people on this forum and others have expressed concerns that the ceramic in these units could be toxic if cracked. I haven't seen anything from DaVinci saying if they are or aren't.

My oven is also cracked and I am not sure how many times I have used it since noticing the crack. Does anyone know if these are safe to use while cracked?
