#56964 Oct 20th, Gunmetal If you are going go cancel, use their email as it seems like it's the only thing they are responsive to. I'm going to cancel in 48 hours if my unit has not shipped. I'm bothered by the lack of transparency here, they can easily address what is happening yet choose not to.
