you cleaned the chamber? I would recommend alcohol with cue-tips. don't get too much alcohol in the holes inside the chamber; do it with unit turned with chamber facing down so that any potential liquid goes out! did you do 1 or 2 burn offs before using? I usually start at 150C and go up by 5C...
