Got my hopper today and am enjoying it thoroughly. This thing kicks ass, I already ordered more batteries and another condom thing. Hopefully my shipment from Delta3DStudios that was supposed to arrive today comes tomorrow so I can get all my hopper goodies :)

Sigh, I've been too spoiled by my Mighty and am forced to sell the beautiful FF2. I've gotten so lazy that I find myself no longer giving the Firefly the love it deserves. Still a little confused on why Firefly has still said nothing to me about the external charger I ordered months ago...

Its been a couple months now and still haven't heard from FF about the external charger I ordered... Last I asked they said they have no idea about an estimate.

Do you open it up to stir? I've found that to be the only time the device creates a smell when combined with a SmokeBuddy.

I actually had the same thing happen, my original lid worked great for a few weeks then seemed to act weird and have varying restriction, the new lids made it perform just as good as when I got it. Seems like there is some variance in the lids that affect airflow :hmm:

It still smells a bit, mostly when opening to stir. My family was able to detect the smell even with a smoke buddy but it definitely is one of the least smelly.

I'm surprised at all the issues people are having with Firefly, anytime I contacted them they were exceptional and even answered within an hour in one of my cases. Hopefully when stock is all caught up things will improve.

Anyone know when they plan on getting the new external chargers in? Love this device so much, it'll be complete once I'm able to charge and use simultaneously.

Eh if I was getting it in a store I'd hope for retail packaging but with the online ordering you already know what you're getting. Saves them money and the world trees and oil.

I think you'll love the FF2, my Pax is for when I'm out in a group or need stealth but at home the firefly excels beating the efficiency of the pax by miles and offering that fresh taste you get with a first pull over and over again. You won't be disappointed!

The Mighty is most certainly less fragile, it has no glass and can withstand being banged around inside a bag with a grinder, jar, etc. but I wouldn't trust the firefly in the same scenario at all.

I 100% agree, my FF2 is for home while my Mighty is for travel. Firefly is too delicate for extreme portability IMO; with a really sturdy case I wouldn't mind taking the FF2 out and about as long as it's mostly a quiet affair.

I have a few dislikes on the "quality" of the firefly so far, but they are purely cosmetic and extra picky. I haven't used a GH but I can say that the FF2 is fantastic for a quick on demand load
