I am just curious how easy it was to retro fit the turkey cooking bag to the valve/mouthpiece? Was it easy to fit it?

that is exactly what I have found via trial and error. Opening the lid between fillings eliminates the problem of the O-ring slipping out of place. Not a leak since :)

Did you check the o-ring around the upper screen? The only time I had a leak was after I took out the screen to clean it a bit and didn't secure the o-ring in place all the way. And like Beezleb said, check to make sure the basket is in place properly. In some units, apparently, the basket will...

Greetings everyone! New user here and new to vaping as well. I just bought my Zephyr Ion and have used it only a few times..I love it! The Ion couldnt be easier to use but the one question I have is where can the software be had? :)
