I have tried a few vapes in the past, the volcano, the verdamper, the old-skool glass bowl, and then the mighty. I have noticed a popcorn like flavor in the glass bowl vape but only at the very end of a session. I'm a cook/gastronome, so I'm quite familiar with the diacetyl like butter flavors...

I tried the mighty at 185 C, and the crafty i used at 170, 175, 180, 185, 195, and 200 (338-392F) Even with the new cooling unit I didn't get a single hit of clean tasting vapor, at 180C.

Yup, I bought a wear and tear kit as well (better safe than sorry kinda of idea), like that I could clean 1 and use the other ;)

That is the plan, but I thought to get some information from other users first, as to see if I'm not at fault. I bought it straight from S&B.

Problem is that a brand new cooling unit delivers the popcorn vapor as well, so it's not the cleanliness of the original brand new cooling unit that was the problem...

After smoking it the first time, the aroma of popcorn was completely saturated throughout the cooling unit. It's literally brand new, that's why I'm so surprised.
