No I haven't -- I don't have a bamboo skewer though. I guess I'll have to get one if that's the best way. Would heating it up with the UD be the way to go? EDIT: Actually I just got it out by using a paperclip.

I need some help... I have a pretty huge amount of buildup on my NonG stem and can't find a good way to get the screen cleared. I don't have a dishwasher. Would soaking the metal part of the stem for an extended period of time do anything? The problem is that I don't know what I could use to...

Wow -- my Underdog has arrived! I was pretty surprised when the mailperson came today -- on a Sunday. My UD doesn't look like the one from the picture though. They forgot to include the underbutter and put the wrong stems in, but hey - it's here!!

I didn't notice the closed mouthpiece in the pic, but yeah - I can see why that wouldn't be ideal. All I saw was that it looked similar to the others but with a sidecar. Okay! The FC-187 really does seem like it could be a great piece. I'll play the waiting game and see what everyone thinks...

Good advice - thank you! Where can I find the D-020-W? That looks pretty nice - although the perc doesn't look that complex. But The fact that it's a sidecar is cool. Closest I can find is this but that's not the right one... although the one I linked does look pretty sweet.
