I've had a defective replacement unit since May when I decided to wait for the heating component problem to be resolved rather than be refunded. I've called three times over the past 2 weeks and have someone take my info and tell me I would be called back. After not being called back three times...

I'd hate to request a refund since the Indica is such a high-performing vaporizer.... until it dies. 4 different units and waiting since May to replace with a fixed unit is starting to get pretty frustrating though. I'm with everyone else- just hoping there will be good news soon.
