Since its a non business day, thought id see if any of you had this issue. I had my square on charge, just like any other time. I took it off and the light was still solid green. The square was also very hot. Put in the freezer to cool down. I'm 30 mins out now and the green light is still on...

Does any one else feel like it's very restrictive? I find about 10 seconds in I need to open my mouth a little so I don't feel like I'm suffocating. This is with just a pinch of material. My February unit isn't like this, but it wasn't as sealed.

I use a $10-$15 coffee grinder from Walmart. Comes out perfect

@Haze Vaporizers beat me to it. If you look to the middle right side of the ceramic piece, you'll see the tiny thermistor. So it's normal.

It's unknown. My unit from February does it. They can find out once they receive that unit from me.

There is a safety feature to prevent being able to touch the coil while it's heating. I have the original charger and I have no extra delay for the unit being too hot.

It doesn't take an hour. There is an issue with the charger itself. I have the original charger and it starts charging in 2-3 seconds.

@Haze Vaporizers Would it be possible to post on here a picture of a unit with a bad seal? Some arrows pointing and what not. That would probably help almost every user on here instead of them guessing.

I currently have the old and new charger. It's definitely an issue with the new charger. So, not the cable. If @Haze Vaporizers gives me a blessing, I could take a look and figure out the issue tonight if they haven't already. And possibly a fix for the diy peeps.

Tbh, I use best buy just to try stuff out for 2 weeks. Then if I like it, return and buy it somewhere online for cheaper lol. So, a return policy like that definitely only helps me and doesn't help the seller make a sale.

Best buy actually has an outstanding return policy, even if you don't like the product. :lol:

Sounds like your unit just needs some adjustments from Haze. I read every post as well and I had 0 surprises when I received my unit. And my unit charges up super fast with their charger. Which should be resolved when you get the unit back. I haven't once gone "oh dang, no battery".
