Hi Chaps, i'm from the UK! Centizen, you said you were using 2800 mAh capacity batterys? I just saw some 500mAh 18650's and even higher capacity ones on ebay, why don't you use those? or 3300 mAh ones? is there a technical reason not to? Timothy.
