i like to finish on 6 or 7 late at night but at first I found it too hot and harsh too. My trick to make it work for me is to only draw in half as much as i would at 2 or 3 and its nowhere near as hot or harsh. Just take more small hits and its great for bedtime or a nice couch lock...

Setting 5 will get you a bit more medicated and 6-7 is great for bedtime or getting couch locked.
