To anyone who may be interested in the whip design that I posted, I contacted Herbalizer just to ask about it. They said that the whip that I received was the first design, and then because they thought it wasn't economically viable they switched it to the current white whip design.

Hey, I'm new to the forums and about to get an herbalizer. What do you mean the units are 30 degrees off from each other? Do you mean that If both are set at 370˚F, then one will be near that temp, while the other could be 340˚F or 400˚F? This is really concerning.

I have just now contacted both Massdrop and Herbalizer in this regards. Although I do believe that this is a genuine product, I will post the replies I receive.

Massdrop could be working with Herbalizer directly, or they could be working with another supplier. This information isn't public. (You could possibly ask one of the moderators on the site or email the offices.) However, this is a genuine Herbalizer and it does have the warranty.

The unit will ship 10 business days after the drop has ended. This is because Massdrop will first have to order the units and then reship them out from their center. Sometimes this is faster or slower depending when the units arrive at massdrop and how quickly they reship out the items.
