    Agreed. If the repair fee was to replace the collar with a bette material, instead of a unit with potential the same flaw, then sure! But it's for a replacement. No thanks.

    I could unhappily swallow $50. I'd be pissed, but could move on. That's really shitty of them. Not standing behind your product, and just screwing the customer on repairs is no way to handle it.

    $105! And I paid $160!! Do ask! This information NEEDS to be known. It's not right for them to know that the materials can't stand the temperatures the unit puts out, and not stand behind it when they break. I will not be paying, and buying a solo.

    I finally got a response, and they said it won't be covered under warranty! What a crock! I will definitely not be supporting vapor blunt ever again. This is unacceptable, especially after the extreme wait in response time.
