wheres the best place to buy a replacement for the watertool?

My top screen ( mouth gong screen) is clogging up with honey oil or amber like tar. Its increasing the drag on the pnp. Wherr can I buy replacements for it? --I tried isopropyl wash and it didnt help much. I can barely see light thru it when held up to a lamp

That didnt help. Im wondering did you guys that ordered pnp dlx with water tool did thd 14mm pong come inserted in the wt already? Maybe planetvape sent me a dud.. I cant pull it out

I just recently bought a new pnp pro dlx and I have a problem. The wt came with the the 14mm gong jammed in there. I cant seem to pull it out. I tried soapy water high heat, nothings working. Any ideass?
