I have the hydro foot 2.0 and SSV tamer and this is my fav setup as well!! bummer is sometimes i get water in the tamer and forget to dry before putting it back in freezer and it clogs. Just picked up a crafty today... charging... cant wait to try..

Both my side circ and shower cap would get a little water in the back up reservoir. Without that I'm sure the glass would have been shocked and busted. I actually broke my evo from the glass breaking from water contact when on. Wasn't using the hydro tube. Was taking apart "Frankenstein"...

I am definitely going to buy one when my turn hits the queue. Debating on a hydrotube recycler or double recycler. What I enjoy about picking up the hydrafoot 2.0 is that I can pair my tubes with it and not have to use the evo.

I bought a case through the VXL website and was pricey, but overall I was happy with it... it does have two spots on the corners to add zip ties or a lock. I made my own case out of a tool box and foam, but a whole lot of work. although in the future I will probably buy one of the cheap...

Cost me about $80 when I busted and it was my bad. Pretty good when you consider the bamboo is $50, only $30 for labor and shipping.

Yes to the hydrotube. No to the tamer. The tamer goes in the freezer when not in use. You don't want water to get in the tamer cause when you put it in the freezer it'll freeze and get clogged

I flew from Newark to Denver and back with my evo and carrying case and the scanner didn't even bat an eye in both cases, much to my surprise. Make sure it's clean and if stopped say its a medical delivery device. There is no way I'd check it in my luggage or let it our of my sight, too special...
