Sounds like some peeps are over complicating things to warm it up. I set mine on 10 for 5 mins, turn it down to 6.5 and go. It's usually at a perfect temp by then.

I too reduced an email from him on jan 28 that my order was to be shipped that day. I haven't seen anything yet though. :shrug:
