Has anyone ordered the new metal mouthpiece online yet? I'm hoping to order it from a US store, but I don't really want to email everyone to make sure I'm ordering the metal tips.

How long on average has it taken you guys to get a response back from customer service about mouth pieces? It's only been two maybe three business days, but seeing how this is my first vaporizer I'm pretty anxious to use it again. (Broke both mouth pieces within 12 hours of using it).
