FWIW, Stacey in customer service told me that she does a brief warm up and then a nice steady draw while holding the heat for a bit. She continues the draw after releasing and then she gives it a 2nd push a few seconds later. Medium hand grind. Depending on the strain this might help some...

Don't know about the science of all this but will say that I've found that I get a buzz off a hit or two from the FF that just provide me with a taste of the herbs but little or no visible cloud when I exhale.

Thx. Guess my FF is fine. What's the FC discount on the charger and batt? I got a small disco on the unit itself through that podcast that the FF guys did but didn't see anything in this thread about charger/batt.

Anyone notice any "play" or "wiggle room" around where the mouthpiece goes into the unit? My is a little loose and the mouth piece sits just slightly crooked with the right side just a hair lower than the left.

Getting the hang of things now. Thanks for the tips! Regarding group sessions I used my FF last night with a group of 6 and it did well. Refilled it several times and recharged it once. I worked the heat button for most of the group. IMO it's viable for a group.

Thanks for the input. So I should be seeing a significant cloud? Like smoke but dissipating like vapor? Can you describe your draw technique? Like puliing a milkshake through a straw? Or like a standard breath but longer? Even slower? How long are you drawing?

So mine arrived! Nice looking unit, high quality build. No real issues with dings but one small scratch on the chrome ring around the window. Bummer. So I filled it and hit it. Didn't put off any real smell. But also the clouds were really small or invisible. I could definitely taste it...
