Rather iso that evaporates completely than water that leaves residues. You even can save a smartphone that fell in water by putting it in iso.

I vaped my GH with the mflb orbiter yesterday and was pretty baked. Then a stupid thing happened: I coughed in the whip because of a huge cloud and the water got in the grasshopper. I put the whole grasshopper (without back end) in iso and let it dry over night. Tried it this morning and...

With my Eneloop AA's and AAA's the xtar displays higher mAh after charging from empty to full than the Eneloops should have (I think the capacity printed in the Eneloops is the minimum capacity) So I trust the xtar shows the right loaded capacity. Maybe the GH starts blinking red although the...

I've charged my batteries with my xtar vc4 many times with 1000mA or 500mA and had no problem. But when they are fully charged, the charger displays around 500 - 550 mAh, not the 750mAh the battery should have. Anybody else had this observation?

Yeah, I'm using this combination (but ss GH with standard orbiter) right at the moment. I like it:D

Very interesting, but seems that we can't really taste with these receptors: http://umm.edu/news-and-events/news-releases/2010/when-bad-tastes-good-discovery-of-taste-receptors-in-the-lungs-could-help-people-with-asthma-breathe-easier

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

It fits in 14mm bongs (I can't speak for 18mm) but you have to hold it, otherwise it tilts over. Without the silicone sleeve the GH fits pretty perfect in 14mm but sometimes it gets a little stucked and maybe color GH's can get some scratches (but that's just guessing, mine is stainless steel...

No, the silicone sleeve isn't a water pipe adapter. And they never mentioned a bubbler mouthpiece. In the last update they spoke about the water pipe adapter they are working on.

I had the same issue with my first backend. It was not the body, with a new backend the issue disappeared.

Just got some ground joint sleeves 14mm made from PTFE that fit nicely in my glass ware. For me that's the best way to use the GH on my glass without the silicone mouthpiece.

That was me who reported that. But the lights actually turn on. You just avoid the clicking sound.

Just for some more positivity: My GH works since end of October after 2 failing backends. The third gets a little bit hot sometimes but that's not a big problem. And I can send it back later when they fixed all problems. And... This thing rocks. I didn't touch any other vape for a month now and...

Yeah, of course most of the air will come through the intake holes. But air doesn't only take the path of least resistance like electricity. It flows through every path that is available.

I just tested this with battery inserted and back end put on. I covered the air holes with tape. The draw is tight, but not awfully tight. I would say a little bit more restricted airflow than drawing a cigarette. So yes, a little bit of the air you inhale goes through the battery chamber...

Thank you, I will be careful now. It's the temperature setting. 2,8 means a little bit under 3 and 4,2 a little bit over 4.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

Something I'm thinking about at the moment while using my grasshopper watching TV in a room with dimmed light: I use my grasshopper by stepping up from 2,8 in the beginning and going up to 4,2. Then sometimes another draw through water on 5. In a room with pretty dark dimmed light, it's...

Could you explain that a little further? Which part of the back end became loose?

As a backup and additional vape I like flame powered vapes like vapman or lotus. They are also great for camping trips because you don't need electricity, jut a butane bottle and a torch.

    Discontinued The Grasshopper

I don't see how the threads of the mouthpiece could affect the functionality of the grasshopper. The mouthpiece is just a piece of metal with a screen to prevent the herb to get in your mouth and has no further functions. GH even functions without the mouthpiece. And the backend's thread don't...
