Man I am having the WORST customer service experience with these guys! It's a great product but I have no idea what's wrong with their shipping / ordering service?! My original order was placed in early October and I still have not received my complete order yet. I've gotten lots of apologies...

When i tried to do this with a G-pen coil there was always a nasty burn off, even after i left it drying for a few days. Didn't want to risk my health hitting that vape so I just tossed the coil. Wouldn't want to do that here. What makes this different?

How are you cleaning your coils? Are you just dropping it in ISO? Doesn't that cause the ISO to soak into the wick? I only got the one coil so I don't want to damage it.

so mvapes are you the person to get in contact with if we've had any trouble with our order? mine arrived yesterday but it was incomplete.

Thanks! I sent him a couple of PM's but haven't heard anything back. Last week we messaged back and forth a few times and he said he'd hit me with the tracking deets, and I messaged a few times since but I guess he got busy!

Has anyone else had problems getting a tracking number? I haven't gotten one for either of my orders yet.

aceonbase how long did yours take to arrive? i ordered mine to eastern canada. when i ordered i received the confirmation email, but when i tried to contact customer support there was no response. would love to get a sense of eta.
