I used my pax for the first time tonight and it was easily one of my best highs ive ever had and everything worked flawlessly. The mouthpiece is also more fluid now after the first use. for anyone who is curious, here is what the oven looks like after I cleaned it:

for what it is worth, I just got my pax today and it has notches.. 20mm pipe screens are what you want and yes lots of people use them if they don't want to pack a full oven

when you call ploom to help fix your pax, do they even ask for any purchase information or just the serial number?

They said to buy it from an authorized retailer to maintain your warranty. I asked for a list of their authorized retailers and they said they can't release that to me but just to find a reputable store selling the Pax for the msrp of $249.99

I just spoke to a Ploom rep. The lubricant is 100% propylene glycol. As for wipes it seems you can just get 70% alcohol wipes (or a higher % if you want) and get some of the Zen pipe cleaners (the hard ones) and you have a cleaning kit for $20 that will last you a while.. : ) I just spoke to...
