Theres a socket for a small Allen key on the bottom. While holding the knob u can make adjustments w a wrench, but it's confusing. And I'm sure there's risk to damaging internal components

Hi.. is there write up on how to calibrate the temp gauge..? Someone twisted the gauge the wrong way, and it won't click off. The "cursor" and scale are no longer aligned Any help appreciated
