Well support got back to me today (I had the lights issue) and they said they'd send me a replacement. Yay! Support was really good and helpful, so don't worry if you have a defective unit, just call them and they'll fix it.

Hey guys, I just received mine today but there's a problem : it doesn't work. I fully charged it and all it does when I select a temperature is the light blinking a few times and no heat whatsoever. I tried it a dozen times and no results, even when plugged in. There's not even the slghtest...
