Imo the Grasshopper is waaaaaaaay better then the ESV. More pocket friendly, doesn't combust or over cook the herbs, no stirring needed, much bigger and more consistent hits, don't need to mess with the coil just to get it kind of working, don't have to take apart and clean the Gh constantly...
agreed It's the only thing keeping me from saying I love it.
The ticking on mine is very quiet you literally have to put your ear to it to hear it. It's a very fast tick also.
So I've had my ti hopper for almost a week and have been using it a lot. So far I like it but don't love it. Hear are some random thoughts.
When you hold it in your hand it looks and feels like a quality device not just some hunk of plastic.
I do get heat at the back end but not all the time...
No idea, and after checking the grasshopper site I actually ordered on 11/14 so people who ordered after me have already got there confirmation. :(
Been checking my junk mail also.
I was having the same experience as you. I was told to bend my coil down towards the sensor and add a third screen between the coil and load. It still vapes uneven but it doesn't combust at all any more.
that's a drastic price drop. That usually only happens when either the company is trying to get rid of an old product so they can release a new one or the company is going out of business.
That was me my replacement unit went bad the day after I got it but S&B more than made up for it. Not only did they pay for return shipping they sent a new Crafty with the shipping label then when they received the bad unit they sent another Crafty. Yes you read that right I now have 2 working...
It was US branch. My first crafty failed so I sent it back and waited for the replacement. When I got it it went bad the next day. This time they sent a replacement with a shipping label for the bad one. I sent the bad one back and when they got it they shipped me the second one.
For me customer service has been the best I've ever delt with. It has actually been a pleasure.
I picked up my mystery package from the post office today. It's another Crafty I can't believe it they sent me a second one. How many other companies would do that?
