Can people that have had their PAX for awhile and never had a temp light issue please respond and post how long you have had your PAX please? I have the lube and all that but even with the lube its hit or miss for me, I still get the temp light issue enough thats its a pain in the ass...

I got mine from using the Chat feature on the website also, so far the oiled MP they sent has been great no issues at all. I use the PAX a couple times a day.

Just hit up the support chat on the PAX website and ask them to send yo some I guess, thats what I did. I did a google search for "food grade conductive lubricant" but its most large companies and such hard to find this stuff.

It could be they send you a new Mouth Peice to make you happy and a thing of Lube make the 250$ purchase not hurt so bad as a internal company joke. I will find out! :)

Ok, I do not think it has anything to do with Resin, or physics :) haha maybe when you put it in your mouth you moisten the stem some, so that kind of acts like the lube does and makes a better connection. Water is a good conductor of electricity, like the lube, but the lube does not evaporate...

I think they use mineral oil to cool PC motherboards etc... sometimes because it is not conductive, so it cools without short circuiting anything. In the case with the PAX the lube would need to be very conductive I would think. Ploom is suppsed to be sending me some to see if it fixes my temp...
