Un-boxed and got to work. Plugged it in and loaded it up with about a "trench" (MFLB slang) worth of ground herbs. I had the dial @ 6 and it took just a few minutes before it was ready to go. First bag was not milky but very tasty! Second bag was more milky but not quite as tasty, still...

:smug: I was in the same boat with my incredibowl (along with everything else I used to use to combust). Anyway, what you do is a normal cleaning, making sure the screen is clear and nothing is still collected in the catcher. Since you have cleaned it, you should have the glass bowl removed...

made a $10 WPA :) (1) glass mouthpiece and a short glass stem attached using a short plastic tube and black tape. Also had to wrap the mini-stem part with some scotch take as it was just a bit too loose. Working like a champ!
