I can't help with the artist sorry, there may well be someone on the forums with a keen interest in heady glass though.

Look into "Taylor Made glass" kinda looks similar in style... how old is it?

I just got it very recently and the people at the smoke shop didn't know much about it so I'm not sure thanks for the suggestion on who it might be
