Vaping reaches Mass Media - Volcano featured on HBO's Bored to Death.

Last weeks episode 8 of HBO's Bored To Death featured a storyline where the Jonathan, the main character meets a cute Brooklyn girl who introduces him to the Volcano, which they show being used.


It was quite funny for me, since last week I also tried a Volcano for the first time, after years of hoping to try one. I ended up ordering an Extreme, due to cost, but next week should be enjoying some fat bags of vape.

On another note, a friend of mine's family has demanded he stop smoking herb. This is a bit understandable, since he wakes and bakes, and then continues throughout the day. I have tried to convince him to keep it a night time activity, but my question is, if he occasionally uses my vaporizer, is he breaking his promise to his family to stop "smoking."

Vaporizing isn't smoking so he is absolutely not breaking any promises. Now if his promise would have been to quit using herb than the vape would certainly be breaking a promise in that instance. Who is his family to demand anything? Does he tell them what they can ingest? Sounds like my family and you want to know what I told them...nothing, I just left town when I was old enough and haven't looked back.

It's like the song on the movie Office Space goes, "Damn it feels good to be a gangster!"

I remember seeing a Vapor Brothers or clone on the show "Weeds"

I don't think they really vaped (not even legal herbs) on camera though since the bag looked pretty clear to me.

The SSV was on Weeds too

No way!! I consider myself a t.v. junkie, what season is the SSV on weeds? I myself have never seen it, and I've seen every season some twice, not saying its not true just curious.

off topic sort of but anyone remember the episode of curb your enthusiasm when larry scored weed for his father and after trying some ended up getting paranoid and
fixated on his face in the mirror and on the fact that he's afraid to get a colonoscopy? a brilliant episode.

I remember that episode! Hilarious stuff there! Curb is one of my all time favorite shows, Larry David is a genius. Did you watch yesterdays episode where the little girl kept texting Larry, so funny. Kramer confronting the Nation Of Islam looking guy, who really was Larry's roommate(another hilarious actor)

I don't remember seeing a vape on Entourage, another great show! I do remember seeing a hookah (the weed drought episode), and lots of bongs. My favorite episodes of Entourage are the ones with Gary Busey, so funny.

A couple months after the VaporStar won the Cannabis cups award for "best new product", it was also featured on Weeds.

In the previews for the upcoming season of "Bored to Death" - Ted Danson's character (George) is in a car with Zack Galifianakis' character (Ray) and Ted is holding an Iolite - it is fast, but bottom left-hand corner of screen. SWEET
