How important are clouds and why

you can hold a big cloud until you blow out almost nothing, so I'm out sure how that works with the holding-hits theorys floating about

Exactly! I can inhale a massive cloud, and exhale nearly nothing..... is that not being absorbed @steama?

Yes clouds are important! It shows the extraction efficiency of the vape in session. Maximum hold time in the lungs should be no longer than 7 seconds. No matter the temperature you are Vape'n, it's just better for the lungs.
