Pink Floyd - Marooned

So my friend let me borrow this Pink Floyd CD. I'm a hiphop guy and always has been. But I started playing the guitar last yr and have been dedicated ever since. Anyways... my favorite song on this CD would have to be "Marooned".


I'm looking for new music to listen to.
I specifically want to hear artists/bands who make chill, melodic instrumentals such as this song.
You guys have any suggestions?

shoe gazing might be a genre to look into, ambient/chill/deep/slow/feelsgoodman, i find it good for floatin...suggestions: hammock, july skies, slow dancing society, the american dollar.

If I were to be deserted on an island and could only take one CD with me it would most definitely have to be one of Pink Floyd's
