Soul Shine Family Glass

You're right about this. I much prefer it as a two than a three piece. The showerhead seems tame in comparison when I run an A/C on the Beaker. Solo is the way to go.

Well, I haven't dumped it yet. Primarily, because I like the pull off the 3pc. Its a completely different type pull, individual of anything else I have. Though, so is the beaker alone. Just a preference. Nice to have the option, though... then I'll need a nice straight tube for the inline. Been wanting to grab that HVY out of the Classifieds for that.

Final reason, is it ain't getting much use lately. So many pieces in so short a time. Kind of overwhelming.

My SSFG was butthurt about all the attention another glass piece was getting and wanted to have a word with you all, to tell their side.

accidentally kicked my beaker over yesterday. Beaker came out without a scratch again, though my 18/18 showerhead diffuser kicked the bullet. I didn't even realize anything was wrong until I tried to connect my vape. Good thing they sent me a spare 18>14 schott so I can still use my stock Solo stems through water. Still a shame. I just ordered a 18>14 showerhead from them, sadly I won't see it for a few weeks :(.

Damn, NewVapes box has been sitting for a while. Wonder if he forgot about it?

Sorry to hear about the glass. I've broke damn near every AC/perc, I've owned.

Thanks I'm pretty bummed. Their slitted diffuser is a far cry from the showerhead. I'm also ordering a gridded diffuser and I'll report back on that when I get it.

Just received my first piece of SSFG... a (roughly) 10" Travel Beaker with Showerhead...also got 18mm instead of 14mm... LOVE IT! I am still waiting for my WPA from 7th floor for the SSV(which should be here any minute) but honestly just putting the mouthpiece I have into the joint seems to work fine... I can't believe how much smoother the vape hits are in this bong...as in... I can't even feel them... wow!.. there's no turning back

What a guy!
Ok so I know I posted a pic of the box a week ago (as pointed out by BDV) and it was a busy week. Although I finally got around to taking some pics and a vid of my new SSFG piece. I had this one made with a right hand joint. It's meant to be used with s log or smaller sized vape. I was using the LSV for another thread so it looks kind of awkward with the piece. Anyway enjoy.

Custom requests, if something nice (like this obviously)... Ray typically will make 2 or 3 similar pieces to it. He makes 1 to the customer specs and then, he'll change the others up. The colors he uses, are one of a kind... he doesn't use that combo again. He might use damn close, similar, almost the same... but never the same colors. Straight from Allison herself.

I love the right-hand design. I love the piece so much, I was almost ready to look past it... for the left-hand blem. Then, I realized I would be using my HI with it also. Naw... I wouldn't like having to vape with my HI from the left side. So I passed. It went to a loving home, I know that. They still have the front firing design. Though, I believe the perc is shorter (on both the other ones actually).

Nice piece!

BigDaddyVapor,
I'm right on the fence if I should get their showerhead bubbler. I'm getting a gridded diffuser to try it out, hopefully it will be similar to a SG.

BDV, do you remember the price of the showerhead bubbler - $100 or $150?

The single chamber I think is $100 or $105. The double chamber... both by Dave M, is $200.

The double is SICK! I can't believe that thing is still there.

EDIT: I'd like to see that gridded stemline with about a 1/4" more water, maybe up to the bottom of the brace.

I can not comment on the existence of any impending arrivals, or pure fantasy of my imagination.

You'll just have to wait and see, if I'm a nut or not. You know, it has been a trying time lately. I could just be off my rocker. Muahahahaha!

Basically, Ray and Allison were talking about me and the impact my reviews and videos have had on their business. Allison is always scouring the Net for possible QC issues and such and my name always comes up, pumping up their brand, according to her.

They're sending me a new tube Ray has been working on, that they would like my review and exposure.

Pretty excited, as i know what it is... and its a piece I've been dreaming about (other than a stemline). You all, will just have to wait. :D
