Thanks, Your Royal HIness of HI-Land! My HIOD is reaching levels never before recorded in medical history. Those researching me get stupid high just by being in my presence during a HI sesh.

I'm very excited about the tubes--they arrive tomorrow. I'll report back, of course. I'm sure the other JedHIs would like some glass tubage porn. bOObsie--I might even show you my new nipple. :brow:

What i like about Youre Hi Alan is you can get thick clouds on slow draw at 11.4 but also really thick vapor drawing fast on 12.4v.The Hi is perfect for vaping the last remnants from abv because of its variable heat.

To give you an idea of the heat mine produces.My friend combusted into my glass piece last night for the first time.we vaped and watched the big lebowski for giggles and some eight ball,after work stuff with some beers.
We had been vaping bags all night and i decided to bring out Jessica to send my Mate home with a bang.I preheated her to 14.4v but forgot to turn it down when it reached temp.oops!
Best thing is my friend hated the combustion after vaping all night:) .he put my glass down and just exclaimed "Yuck".
He loves getting hi-balled.I m surprised he did nt notice the temps on my VV.I think I have converted him to vapor though:D

Its pretty hard to combust with the Hi. its happened twice now and both were when i had 14+ volts running through her.

I cant imagine how this little killer vape can be improved on.

I run her on 12V for direct draw and then up her to 12.6V and quick stir for the last hit.I'm so used to the heat now I've grown to love it.i then I can my abv for a few weeks and usually simmer it in butter in a double boiler for a few hours add my brownie mix with big choc chunks and make up double choc brownies yumm.the butters fat really extracts anything left in the ABV.I then freeze 1" cubes and take em out as i need them frozen and consume usually frozen although theyre better defrosted.just a little chewy when frozen with hard choc chunks which I think adds contrast.which reminds me I need to bake a new batch of brownie gremlins this weekend.

yes :) my mate phantom was pretty loved up when he left my place.14v will combust your.e meds but at least you know you can use concentrates in your'e hi no worries.

By the way I'm following your e you tube channel.I like where your'e coming from.love is indeed beautiful.

Tubes arrived!! Safe and sound. Nice to have lots and lots of glass tubage. :)

Plus, the glass tips Alan included pair well with the 10mm tube for an all glass direct draw session.

Alan - thanks! I vape through water almost exclusively when at home, but I really enjoyed the direct draw with the tip/tube combo! Tasty!!

I am always so torn between keeping up on the new updates in this thread, and avoiding it completely to reduce jealousy.

As my prospects of breaking the cloud increase (I shouldn't share the expensive and fragile toys), I realize how useful a HiSaber could be!

This is what worries me. I watch all these videos and the HI looks fun to use. Its interactive like the box. I like ritual like that. I want my medicating sessions to be therapeutic, like that.

By the looks of it though... I might never put the thing down.

BDV - I'm a big fan of the ritualistic aspects as well. Love all the futzing about and preparation. And my HI keeps getting better and better in that regard.

From left to right: Three all-glass roasting tubes (3"--my absolute favorite to use with my various glass pieces), 13mm glass roasting tip coupled with a 10mm glass mouthpiece (direct draw fun), 13mm glass roasting tip with silicone sleeve, 10mm glass mouthpiece with glass nipple. And last but not least...my glass "silinipple."

I don't always vaporize at home, but when I do, I prefer my HI. Stay HI my friends.

Yeah it really hit me hard. I think I have quadrupled my normal vaping amount after getting the HI. I am hoping all this fun wears out, or it may wear me out ha :p, but so far, just been super HI and loving life :nod:

I just got my HI back after lending it to someone who was on the fence about getting one. Boy have I missed it! Had some serious fun with all the different tubes last night and fell back in love with the Turbo tube.

And hopefully, we will have another HI convert here soon. I know he's missing it for those late night sessions.... :lol: But she's home safe with me now. :cool:

The GonG stem (mine is a 2,5") has become my new favorite over the last few weeks, but I still like the SS nipple as well for when I need to conserve. The glass nipple fell out of grace again over here, but it kinda was a love/hate relationship with that one from the start :)

Took my bocote HI down to my father-in-law's for the weekend and was able to keep it plugged in in the guest bedroom. My wife and I could go in there and vape away, undetected, whenever we wanted. Stunk the room up to high heaven but nothing an open window and some lavender air freshener couldn't fix right up. I always use my 2.5" all-glass turbo tube at home, but the 10mm glass/silicone turbo tube w/ glass nipple was perfect for this little adventure.

edit: I'm interested in taking my HIs apart, but I used the search feature and couldn't find how to do it in this thread. I know it's rather simple, and I feel like it's been talked about here, but maybe not explained step by step? Could someone point me in the right direction?

Yeah, Boobs posted some pictures a few pages back at most. Don't take out the entire core like he did though, if you keep reading from the post I'm revering to you see Alan recommending against it.

I tried to shoot some videos today but unfortunately my camera's battery died halfway through my first HI-hit :bang:

Can we call it a teaser..? :D

Vapinghole - Glad to see the glass tubes arrived safely. You are getting quite an arsenal of glass roasting tubes for your HI-saber. I have been enjoying my 13mm two piece roasting tube lately. The silinipple is a very handy roaster. It can be used from either end.

EyeFonez - Thanks for posting the video. I haven't tried leaving the unit upside down between hits. Probably not good for the unit to be left like that 24/7. Sounds like you haven't had much of a chance to leave it running 24/7 with everything going on. I have been dealing with some family issues myself. Nice that the HI can heat up and be ready so quickly when you don't have a lot of time.

Elluzion - It is very hard to put down the HI once you start using it. The roasting is so much fun.

Mom - Glad to hear your HI is back home and you are enjoying the Turbo Tube. I sure enjoy using them. Hopefully we will get a new convert. I just need to get some more made now.

OhTheAgony- Thanks for posting the video. That glass roasting tube is working very well for you. It is nice to have the option of roasting with a stainless steel tip as well.

OKcomputer - Glad you were able to use the HI during your trip. They are quite stealthy. A socket for a 1/2" bolt will work to reset the old two piece cores. You shouldn't need to take it apart.
