If you can sneak it in, synthetic urine is most reliable.

For this situation, I would need to take something prior, I'm basically 90% sure they will not only pat me down but check everything on me.

I hesitate to recommend any particular brand of detox cleaner without having used it myself. I did use a brand called test pure years ago from a LHS. Check out the link below for more info and possible solutions.
If you do research on detox drinks, many will claim that they are a waste of money and there are directions for detoxing using supplements/vitamins from GNC that will give you similar results.
In order to decide what is best for you consider variables such as frequency of use and level of activity and or weight. Good luck.
