If we do need to learn new ways of thinking, thinking that includes more of the real world, and more scientific fact, then part of that is replacing the narratives we're fed through the TV news with different ones that better reflect the world we live in, while also providing direction forward.

My contribution was given by a fellow FC member,
I don't remember his name, but another member on FC said he thought as long as the media was able to portray poor people being caught with small amounts of drugs that viewers would not care about them, and so they are able to stall the war on poverty.
I think that's Genius, the "war on drugs" as a blot against the "war on poverty"
disturbing, but genius
one more addition in narratives that should be replaced:
"Drug Users use drugs to get high," should be replaced with "stressed people self-medicate, often to alleviate whats' called Reward Deficiency Syndrome"
