Hi all. I bought my Cera in April and it's been working great. Somehow, one of the four screws on the heating core is missing, so the core itself is loose so it needs to be in a particular position to heat correctly. From what I can tell it is an extremely tiny hexa-screw. What do you guys...

Okay, that's encouraging! Should I call them, or will the email I sent get the ball rolling? (Basically, how did you go about receiving your warranty?) Also, is this a common issue, or are we the 'flukes?'
