So OF, if I were to find a charger that fits the specifications of the charger that CarolKing posted, would it work?

I used it at 9V. On the bottom it says heating 9v, charging 12v.

Thank you CarolKing!! The only difference between my charger and that one (barring brand) is the input. Yours says input: 100-240V and mine says 100-120V. I guess it's time to do some Googling..

So I recently bought a used Arizer Solo off of eBay that only came with the unit (i.e. no stems, charger, etc.) I got it pretty cheap, so I figured I would just order the stem and buy a charger and I still would have bought the unit for half the price of a new one (I'm a college student so this...
