I sent them one of my IOs last August for its umpteenth RMA. They never even acknowledged it. Another IO is also faulty, but no point in spending money on postage to send it back when you know you're being ignored. Avoid Hopper like the plague.

Everything about Hopper is poor quality and 2nd rate. From the batteries to the product to the appalling Customer Service, everything sucks. It looks great, especially stealthwise, but everything else about it is poor. Who wants a cool looking stealthy portable pen vape that you have to keep on...

Tell him to get an XMax V3 Pro. Super little vape. I picked up 3 for myself and 2 friends on a Black Friday deal for €67 each. Think they're about $100 in the States. Check out the reviews on Youtube. I highly recommend it.
